Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
This page explains what happens to the information you give us through czahcoupling.com. The short version: we use it to answer your inquiry and send you a quote. That's it.
Who we are
Cangzhou Anheng Coupling Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Beihuan Industrial Zone, Botou, Cangzhou, Hebei, China. Questions about your data? Write to liujinsong@czahlzq.com.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry, we get your name, company, country, email, phone or WhatsApp number, your message, and any drawings or photos you upload.
When you browse the site, Google Analytics records which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from and what device they use. It does this with cookies. Our server also keeps standard logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure.
What we do with it
We read your inquiry, check the technical data and send you a quote, and we may follow up about that same inquiry. We don't sell your data, and we won't put you on a mailing list. Analytics only tells us which pages people find useful.
For visitors in the EU: we handle your inquiry because you asked us to, as a step before a possible contract. Security logs rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe, and analytics cookies are only set with your consent.
The inquiry form is protected by ALTCHA, an anti-spam check we host on our own server. It runs a short calculation in your browser instead of showing puzzles, sets no cookies and tracks nothing about you.
Who else handles it
- Our sales and engineering staff, who work on your inquiry.
- Tencent WeCom, which alerts our team when a new inquiry arrives.
- Tencent Cloud, which hosts the site on servers in Singapore and delivers it through its EdgeOne network.
- Google, which provides Google Analytics.
So your data may be processed in China and in Singapore.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and attachments are kept for 3 years after our last contact, then deleted. If you place an order, we keep the order records for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Just email us; we'll reply within 30 days. If you're in the EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_*. They don't identify you by name. On your first visit a small banner asks whether that's OK. Visitors from the EU, the UK and Switzerland get no analytics cookies unless they click Accept, and anyone who clicks No thanks won't get them either. You can also block cookies in your browser; the site works fine either way.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
