Nylon pins carry the torque between two hubs. No lubrication, quick pin replacement and generous axial float for pumps, fans, conveyors and general drives.
Two jaw hubs drive through a one-piece multi-petal elastomer. No lubrication and quick to assemble, it damps shock and takes misalignment on pumps, fans, conveyors and general drives.
Two hubs with curved jaws drive through a star-shaped polyurethane element. Compact, low inertia and maintenance-free, it damps shock and plugs in axially.
For mixers, crane travel drives, slitting lines and auxiliary drives that start and stop a lot. You get elastic cushioning without giving up much torque capacity.
For high-speed blowers, pumps, fans and precise, low-backlash drives. No lubrication, very little backlash and good dynamic balance.
Compact and easy to fit, for low-speed chain conveyors, compact drives and general machinery. Replacing one won't cost much either.
For pickling lines, auxiliary drives and equipment that doesn't like vibration. Very elastic, isolates vibration well, and the rubber element is easy to change.
For feeders, uncoilers, shear lines and other drives where a jam can wreck things. It releases at a set overload to protect shafts, gearboxes and the machine.
For flying shears, cutting lines and drives that need a precise overload point. It releases at the same torque every time and protects the drive train.
For rolling mill main drives, straighteners and long shaft lines. It takes large working angles and still carries heavy torque.
Flange couplings GY, GYS and GYH (GB/T 5843-2003) and JQ clamp couplings join two accurately aligned shafts into one. No elastic parts, no lubrication and no backlash.
For heavy auxiliary drives, conveyors and machines where you'd rather swap elastic blocks than whole couplings. Cushioned, modular and easy to maintain.
Industry Applications
In rolling mills, couplings must cope with high torque, shock loads, reversing duty and thermal misalignment.
In cement plants, couplings face abrasive dust, high starting torque, blockages and long runs between shutdowns.
Crushers and mining drives hit couplings with impact loads, material jams and dust, so overload protection matters.

You can verify each certificate by its number on the CNCA website,www.cnca.gov.cn.
Built to your drawing, or from photos and measured dimensions of the old part; bore, keyway, material, heat treatment and balancing grade are confirmed with you.
Main machining is done in-house: 16 gear hobbing machines, 18 gear shaping machines, 12 CNC lathes and 5 machining centers.
Quenching and tempering, induction hardening, nitriding and carburizing follow the drawing; induction hardening is done in-house, and a heat treatment report can ship with the parts.
The balancing grade is confirmed to your requirement, and a dynamic balancing report can ship with the parts.
Parts get a black oxide finish and rust-preventive oil, are wrapped in plastic film and packed in an export wooden case.

Ordering & Shipping
No. We’ll make a single custom coupling if that’s all you need. Most replacement jobs are one or two pieces anyway.
Standard sizes can leave our factory in as little as 10 days. Custom couplings, or ones copied from an old part, from about 20 days. Big forgings and heat treatment can stretch that, so we’ll give you a firm date in the quote. Is your line down? Tell us, and we’ll say honestly whether we can speed things up.
T/T or L/C. If you need something else, ask. We can usually work it out.
FCA, FOB, CFR or CIF, whichever suits you. We ship from any port in North and East China, such as Tianjin, Qingdao, Shanghai and Ningbo, and we’re happy to quote CFR or CIF to your own port.
Each one is cleaned, coated with anti-rust oil and sealed in PE film against moisture. Then it goes into a fumigation-free export plywood case, reinforced with steel straps.
Every shipment has the standard shipping documents. Need certificates or inspection reports as well? Just let us know. And if you’d like a third-party inspector to check the goods before they ship, that’s fine with us.
12 months under normal operating conditions. If something doesn’t look right, send us photos and the running data, and we’ll work through it with you.
